I have three dogs.
Brownie Cinnamon Elizabeth Hardy (a little over one year old).
Anna Foursocks Elizabeth Strumila (3 1/2 years old).
and
Salem Dixie Elizabeth Sims (9 years old).
They all have two middle names – one after their doggy momma, and one after their human momma – and different last names. Thing is, they are not from the same marriage, heh!
Two are big, and one is very small (well, not too small).
Brownie
Brownie is the smallest. She is probably about 10 1/2 lbs and a full-blood Shih-tzu. I have NEVER heard her bark, and she finally learned to jump about three months ago.
Next is Anna.
Anna
She gets a special frame, because well, she is special. See, her middle name is foursocks. She is from Choctaw land, and we are pretty sure she had something funny in a pipe before coming to her fur-ever home. She is part greyhound, which makes her very loving, and very skitzy at the same time (or maybe the skitzy is from the peace pipe).
Lastly, is my first puppy love – Missy Salem.
Salem
She is full blood Black lab. She weights about a 100lbs. Tells time by her tummy, and is one of the most tolerant dogs I have ever met. Not to mention….. wicked smart.
Shy…..
And very funny! ROFLMFO! (rolling on the floor laughing my fur off!)
These fur friends have it made.
They are house dogs fed twice a day. They have a basket of toys. A couch just for them. And dog crates for safe sleeping. They get to run in the yard – unfenced – when they need too. They are loved. They are spoiled. And, I think, they are the best dogs in the world.
I have no idea what we do without them. But I know, it wouldn’t be near as entertaining.
Living, Loving, Laughing.... 
My dog Blue is a black lab mix, and is RULED by his time-telling tummy. He is also very smart. He especially knows words like “food, eat, hungry, treat, carrot and yogurt.”

fur-ever home…I like that!!! The pix of Anna crack me up!!!! She definitely looks skitzy!! peace pipe..haha! The fur-girls in our house are all Princesses… 🙂

Such cuties! All of ’em! I just met my first greyhound over the summer, and he is so calm and loving. Before him, greyhounds freaked me out a bit.

Aren’t dogs great 🙂 We have two big ones 🙂 Golden Retriever (11 months) and a Siberian Huskey 13 years. It makes for some entertaining evenings with them and our three kids 5 and under! I love how you documented them – so cute.

You are right – they made it! My german Shephard would be jealouse. He is a house dog only during cold winters. Beautiful dogs you have there!

I love this post! Thanks for introducing us to your fur-friends! Our sweet boy (Alaskan Malamute) passed away two years ago. We’re thinking we’ll be able to add a new furry friend to our family next spring. Can’t wait!

Love your fur babies! We currently have 3 very spoiled kitties but no woofers at the moment. Still miss our beautiful Golden, Max. Well. Smart. (he was just “Max” most of the time, unless he was in trouble…) It’s been a couple of years now and I still see him out of the corner of my eye. We may get a new pup one day, but for now those 3 poods keep me plenty busy enough! LOL
