In the last week, I did two photo shoots in the beautiful Fall colors (besides the squirrels..heh!). I couldn’t believe the rich reds that came through. So pretty!
In fact, I couldn’t wait to share my FALL portraits.
Then?
It snowed.
Our backyard.
That’s snow people. I know it ain’t much, but we get excited when this happens. No matter how big or small. Even if it is gone by the time your teenage daughter gets up and your only proof is the iPhone 4S photo you took through the kitchen window. BUT really???? SNOW.
See???
And it got cold…..FREEZING cold….for more than one day in a row! This is serious. This is turn on your heater kind of stuff.
So is it Winter? Who knows…… I have feeling we will hit 80 again in the next week.
In the meantime, I’ll just share my Fall foliage anyway.
I took these photos last week of a beautiful Belgian Mom with her sweet daughter. They are definitely a favorite client of mine. See the entire session on my Facebook fan page Angelia’s Photography.

Whatever season you are in…..I hope it brings you joy, laughter and as many smiles as me.
I still get wildly enthusiastic about little things… I play with leaves. I skip down the street and run against the wind. -Leo F. Buscaglia
And one last thing…..photo shoots and families are not the only ones enjoying Fall. Looks like the wild animals are too.
I happened to catch a few bobcats….. More on that later.
I think mother nature is confused too! The pictures of you and your daughter are just shining with love not matter the season!

Oh no, I’m not that pretty! HA. This is a client and her daughter. I did a Mommy and me photoshoot for them. I’m not in the pictures, just the photographer. 🙂

Totally professional photographer! The whole world needs to know how talented you are as a photographer. You need to multiply yourself and be in every state. 😀

Well…it’s top of the list…when the girls are grown, or when I retire to an RV life. 🙂 I do like Texas though.

She really is! I took photos of her this spring too. A little doll that one. I wish I had got closer or had my better zoom lens for photos of the bobcats. But yes, I saw three different cats in the span of about 20mins near dusk. 🙂 They are very populated in the park near my house.

Fantastic portraits of two absolutely beautiful ladies! 🙂
But whoa!?! A bobcat!!! Super cool! I want to see more of kitty!
We got screwy weather here too. Cold today, probably back to 70 by the weekend.

I jumped a gate to try and get closer to them…but didn’t see them when I got brave enough to go over. It looked like a momma and maybe a yearling? It was definitely younger and had a tracking collar on. I didn’t want to happen upon a den and get chased away. But, I have a few more photos to share and I hope to go back to the park soon. 🙂

YOU’RE confused? What about me? What is this “photo shoot”/”session” stuff? Are you back in business? I must have missed something. Or was it your blog you were stopping, but you were continuing your business? Eeek! See how confused I am?

Beautiful pictures of mom and daughter, so sweet! Snow that far south? And Texas is a Gulf state too. Hmmm. Never been there so I don’t know the climatology.

The photo shoot pix are wonderful. What a cutie! The cat is pretty awesome, too. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. But I prefer 80 and sunny. ;-D

HA! Same here, Angelia! Last week it was in the high 70’s and humid, this week it’s FREEZING. I think we’re even getting a bit of snow next week and I can’t wait. I LOVE snow!!
As always, your photos are FAB-U-LOUS! Especially loved the ones of the little girl in the leaves. Precious!

What lovely subjects you had the opportunity to photograph. And a bobcat? I’ve never even seen one of those. I use the calendar to determine the season, I don’t care what the weather says! 😉
